This is a reproduction of an antique hinge with a removable hinge pin and screw in opposing ball tips.  These are made to swap out with your existing rusty, painted hinges using the same screw hole pattern and screw size.  It couldn't be easier!  The solid brass has milled joints that ensure smooth movement.  The original Reading Hardware catalog picture is also here.  Sold each.
