We value the trust you have placed in us and we will never sell your personal information. All transactions are processed with a secure socket layer (SSL). We save charge card numbers for a period of two weeks and then they are automatically deleted from our system.
Warranty
Our hardware is made to last. We warrant our castings against defects of breakage for life. Our locks are warranted for ten years with replacement or repairs as needed. All finishes wear with time. We warrant ours for 2 years.
Shipping
Shipping rates vary according to weight and distance. Very small items ship first class mail; small items ship FedEx 2nd day or USPS Priority Mail; large orders ship by FedEx or UPS Ground. Return Policy
Return Policy: Charleston Hardware Company accepts returns postmarked within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, in original condition, and include all parts and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom, made-to-order, hand-antiqued finishes, and installed products are not eligible for returns. No returns are accepted after 30 days of delivery. If a return is due to a Charleston Hardware Company error, we will cover return shipping; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged or incorrect orders, please notify us at info@charlestonhardware.com, and we will send you the correct order as soon as possible and process the return.
Custom made hardware or hardware ordered with custom finishes is not returnable.
