Our 1840 cast iron entry rim lock is a reproduction of one of the first American made rim locks.  All of the interior parts are solid brass.  Everything is included to outfit your door.  We recommend adding a deadbolt above when used on an entry door so that you won't have the 5" key in your pocket!

    • The lock body is made of cast iron and all of the interior working parts are made of cast brass.
    • This lock is reversible and may be used on either the L or R side of the door.
    • Two solid brass reproduction keys are included with each lock set.
    • The lock measures 3 x 4 x 1/2 inches including the keeper.
    • Pair this lock with undersized ceramic or solid brass doorknobs.
