This is a reproduction of a window lock originally made by Branford Lock Works in the 1880s. Check out the original catalog picture! The handle lifts to rotate, and then clicks into place in the locked position. Finishing is done by hand just as it was over a century ago. The relief has japanning to bring out the details. It will acquire a soft, statuary patina with time. Hand antiquing is offered to make the hardware look old at the time of installation.
