Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom, made-to-order, hand-antiqued finishes, and installed products are not eligible for returns. No returns are accepted after 30 days of delivery. If a return is due to a Charleston Hardware Company error, we will cover return shipping; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged or incorrect orders, please notify us at info@charlestonhardware.com, and we will send you the correct order as soon as possible and process the return.
