Side Window Lock

This lock is a good choice when the meeting rails on a window are not even.  The usual solution is to put a wood block under the lock on one side to make it fit.  This lock mounts on the face of the window and the bolt goes into the window frame. 

It is available in unlacquered brass, which will patina over time, and hand antiqued brass, which has a rich applied patina so that the lock looks old at the time of installation.
