Description
Our star shutter dogs dogs are hardware components used to secure exterior shutters in an open position. This pair is made of steel that is powdercoated to last for generations.
The star design is classic. The lag is usually mounted on the house's exterior wall, while the rotating star arm extends horizontally and engages with the shutter to hold it open.
When not in use, the arm can be rotated or folded back against the base plate, allowing the shutter to be closed.
